the best pre-owned equipment may qualify for our Certified Pre-Owned warranty
program. To be eligible for enrollment in the Certified Pre-Owned program, the
equipment must pass an extensive examination - a thorough and rigorous
inspection by our trained technicians. They inspect the equipment for safety,
performance and wear. If something is not right, it is fixed. If it cannot be
fixed, the equipment cannot become a Certified Pre-Owned piece. In
addition to the safety and performance inspection, we hand sand and paint our
equipment to it’s original factory condition, paying close attention to detail,
so that you can take pride in our equipment once it is on your jobsite.

Shipping and Handling Charges:
Shipping and handling charges may apply, based on how the
item is listed. If item is not listed as Free Shipping then freight charges
will apply. Please contact us for a
shipping quote. Oversized or heavy items may have an additional shipping
cost. This charge may be calculated prior to the close the bid by contacting
us directly.
We will notify you if there is an increase in the shipping charge on your
order prior to billing and shipping. You may also elect to pick item up at
our location.
Shipment Types:
We ship via Old Dominion, Con-Way, UPS Ground, US Postal
Service or Broker Hire Subcontractors in the continental US.
Delivery Time:
Allow on average 4 - 21 business days for delivery of
non-backordered items in the continental United States.
Consolidated Shipments:
Entire orders will be shipped together if possible.
Returns & Exchanges
General:
Only items that are not listed as No Returns may
qualify for this policy. All returns must be postmarked no later than 14 days
from the original customer shipment date. Returns and exchanges must be in
new or same condition as shipped and must include all instructions and
original packing material. Any damages to items returned will be deducted
from return payment. If customer elects to use equipment sold and desires to
return equipment purchased, there will be a deduction of our standard posted
rental rates for each day customer holds equipment in his position up to 14
fourteen days from receiving purchased goods. There is a no return policy on
any pre-owned skid-steer loader, compact track loader, mini excavator or any
other pre-owned or new whole-good machine sold after a 14 fourteen-day period
once received, unless otherwise noted. Customer pays all return shipping
charges. Include a copy of your packing list with all returns.
Original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Returns must be
preauthorized by us and are subject to a 20% re-stocking fee. These amounts
will be deducted from the original amount billed and the remaining balance
will be credited to the original credit card or a return check will be mailed
out within 10 business of returned goods.
Incorrect Item:
If you received an incorrect item due to our negligence no
extra charges will be incurred. We will replace incorrect items and pay the
additional shipping charge.
Customer Order Error:
Incorrect customer orders can be exchanged for any other
non-special order items without paying the 20% restocking charge. However,
the customer will pay the additional shipping and handling charge. The
replacement item must be at least 85% of the value of the original item.
Return Shipping Instructions:
Return via prepaid Old Dominion, Con-Way, UPS or US mail.
Insure shipment for full value of purchase. Use original packaging. We are
not responsible for packages lost during return shipping.
Return/Exchange Instructions:
Enclose a copy of your packing list or E-mail Invoice
along with detailed return/exchange instructions. Send exchanges and returns

Sales Tax
6% Sales tax is charged on all Maryland non-tax exempt
instate orders or items picked up from our location if required by law.
Payment Methods
Orders accepted via eBay can be paid with most major
credit cards except for machines. Credit card purchases verified for your
protection, Cashier Check or Bank Wire Transfer. Purchaser must contact us
with a minimum 25% payment of the total value of sold item within 48
hours from the time of sale or bid closing to validate your purchase with
Equipment Distributors, Inc. Balance payment of sale must be satisfied within
5 days of bid award in order to validate sale and allow for pick up or
delivery of item sold.
Backorders
If an item
is backordered, we will notify you via phone or e-mail. Shipments scheduled
more than 30 days after the
order date: We will notify you via phone or email. Filling backorders:
Backorders will be filled before new orders when the backordered items become
available.
